Topic: Forbidden ??

Can anyone help us  ??? We aren't too hot on all this clever computer stuff and for some reason when we try to send a personal message it says we are forbidden from sending them! Have we been naughty or are we just doing something wrong ?

erm - not forbidden that I know, let me have a look and see what is going on.
