That sounds very good indeed Tim. Have you tried it? Problem for me is, my cherrys are turning red and yellow quicker than we can eat - I don't think the effect would be the same using beefsteaks!

Thanks Tim. As the toms are coming very very fast on the plot now (at least 12 varieties I believe!) I reakon I could make a half measure batch of this from my green cherry's in the greenhouse.
