Sweet pea seeds
« on: December 17, 2013, 17:57:55 »
I said I wouldn't, but I did buy some seeds. Last year my sweet peas didn't do very well, but I am all prepared this year, some at the allotment on a frame and some in the garden.  Think I may start a few of early as my fingers are itching.  Good idea, 5 favourite varities in a packet for under £2.  Only buy joke/token presents for brother-in-law and he wanted sweet peas, so got a packet from him and one for me.

Second lot of saved seeds up about 2", first lot, just cut to 6 leaves, next lot will be january. I'm amazed how they come up so easily, even this time of year  :happy7:
