Mmmm yum!   :P

I had Black Toscany kale tops and they are delicious! Mild and buttery.

How are you going to cook them Tim?

Steamed, I suppose - like SB. Got to eat the rough stuff first, though!

'Twas great! Better than my WSB, actually.

With Prawn Risotto.

Yes I've just discovered them too Tim -- Red Russian Kale in my case - and they were delicious -- I like the extra value of two veg for one!!

We've had a couple of meals worth of sprouting off some purple brussels; also very tasty. Before you ask, the sprouts themselves had had the tips eaten off by slugs before they got very big at all, and I hadn't yet pulled them out to make space.
