hi,
i have just picked my red currants a few black currants and few gooseberrys any idears what i could do with them please,also how do i now when to pick my white currants

Whitecurrants go beautifully transparent when ripe.
You can make jam or jelly with all these berries, or just stew them with a bit of sugar, let cool and pour over icecream or sponge cake, very nice.

Freeze them in a bag until you have enough to make your jelly or your pie.
I am making redcurrant jelly for christmas if you use the search funtion you can see a chat on this last month.
