Grass seed
« on: July 19, 2004, 18:48:40 »
As I'm clearing up this jungle of mine I have discovered that all the long grass has left seed on the soil. Before i turn my soil how can I make sure that I won't get a lawn. Is there any thing organic that can be deployed to clear this up? I have left them exposed hoping the birds and wildlife will eat them. Any other tips would be appriecated.

Nothing organic will get rid of unwnated grass seedlings. the only way to get rid is the good old fashioned but boring way - dig it up by hand!

Of course if you dont mind using chemicals there are products available to do the job, as i am sure you are aware  ;)
