Fancy a day out in Cheshire?
« on: May 25, 2008, 12:08:08 »
We visited an old school friend of mine yesterday at her nursery just outside Macclesfield. As well as the nursery which has some lovely plants and a beautiful garden, she has done an amazing job rescuing a walled garden next to the nursery and has a sculpture trail running until tomorrow. Have a look at her website for more info and directions.

I would be there like a shot. If it was not up in the frozen wastelands of the north.

It really looks like a good day out.

The July dates look promising... at 1000' up it will be like home... so July and August will be the only warm ones!!

Thanks Caroline. I've bookmarked it. Looks like an interesting place to visit. Not to far from us.
Janet.

Thanks Caroline - I will be visiting, this is pretty near me.  Shame I missed the sculpture weekend, the work looked really great.  and the nursery grows things I really like - better start creating some space........
is it in the sale?
