When do you know when minipop is ready. We have some cobs but they feel soft when you squeeze them. Am I right in thinking that if you leave them they grow into bib cobs?

If you can see cobs with tassles they are ready... whip them off. As they get bigger the cob core becomes hard like large Sweetcorn.. :)
