Change of plan.
« on: October 10, 2009, 14:48:45 »
when I took on my new lottie the council had already sprayed the entire site with weedkiller.
I went down there today ready to put up some makeshift fencing to find that they have cut back the entire site.
I am not sure this is good or bad.
on one hand the site is flat and just full of brown straw like reminants.
on the other hand all the brambles, thistles and dandelions are no longer visible(I had cut the brambles back in order to make a concerted effort to dig out as much as possible.)
I also couldn't put the fence up today as the plot marking posts have been removed and it is impossible to work out the boundaries(I am lucky to have a water trough so I could tell which plot was mine)
  anyway i am rambling....
what is the best way to proceed?
I have masses of cardboard, seaweed (and green manure seeds if I manage to do it in time)

how would you go about it?

I'd nag them to get the boundary posts back in as soon as...  :)
