actually Tithonia rotundifolia, about 4 feet high and adored by butterflies
The handle on your recliner does not qualify as an exercise machine.

Looks really pretty.  Seems it grows here ok, can get seeds from T&M.

I gave it one last try to grow here after two years of sparse flowers.
Guess it had a little too much shade earlier.
The handle on your recliner does not qualify as an exercise machine.
