Started digging these up today then rain stopped play!

They look okay! I grew them last year but the slugs liked them so I've given them a miss this year.

I've just peeled the ones that I'd put the fork through, as one does, and was pleasantly surprised Flighty that only 2 out of 12 had any slug damage, and that was only superficial. Maybe the dry summer has done them a favour this year.

;D..and with a maching coloured glove too ;) Do you colour match with other crops too? ;D

Well I do have a red pair for picking the raspberries  ;D ;D ;D
