I had this new pressure cooker given to me but it hasn't got any instructions. I did used to have a prestige where you had to wait until a steady stream of steam came out and then you put the weight on. I don't know if this works the same. It does have 2 valves on the top and a place for the weight.

If you post the make and model no. it might be possible to find the instruction manual online.

It hasn't got a name its just called a compact pressure cooker. It was purchased from Ideal World on the tv in 2004
