Hi, I am doing this pumpkin lark for the first time and am not sure that its going right ! At the begining of August we had really lush bushy green plant, went away for a week and left neighbours watering, on return plant is 1/2 way across the lawn but the leaves at the top have gone white (like they have been sprinkled with talc) we have had loads of flowers and we have the little round bits behind dead flowers (are these the pumpkins ?) but all the leaves except on the very end have gone whiteish now, I am still watering and feeding them but is this right or should I give up ?

Hi Rebeccat
My first time growing to & mine have gone the same way.
& yes the little round bits are the Pumpkins.

Think you probably have mildew, mine do it every year,  being organic I just take off the worse leaves and leave em to it! Have to say though, with the periods of drought and then bucketloads of rain my courgettes seem worse this year.
