Wo - and I go to my lottie for a bit of peace and quiet as well as all the other reasons. Don't think it is the same for you - except during the we houurs of the morning.

Actually, it will be pretty quiet for me if I choose...  fact is I'm Deaf so I can just switch my hearing aids off. ;D  Then it's just a slight rumbling sound as they go overhead.   Has come in handy that, in the past.  Usually when I don't want to do something!  ;)

I've lived by the airport for 24 out of the last 28 years, so I haven't  really noticed it since I was a kid to be honest!

Had a successful day today, went to the local house clearers today and managed to get all my tools I need (Fork, rake, hoe + extending weeder) except a spade for £3.50.  They're old, but sturdy, so they'll do just fine.  They're gonna let me have a spade for a quid when they get one in.   Now I  just need to find a wheelbarrow from somewhere!.  :)
