Could all those kind people that advised me to move plot please keep me going. Spent the whole day moving parts today. My back is killing me, Blisters on my hands and feet, my car looks like a dumper truck stuck in mud, its got 1/2" of mud in the back and is full of huge spiders from the shed contents.
Moving the shed with a mate tomorrow and then start on the perennials like the asparagus and Artichokes. Is there an end in sight????

Spent Wednesday afternoon, chatting in the sun, to a lottie neighbour, instead of digging.

He told me he moved his plot too.  He also said that everything he grows now is SO much bigger and better than before.   ;D ;D ;D

He also said his neighbours were nicer too! :)

A nice long hot soak in a Badedas bath would help your aching muscles.

Keep smiling.  It WILL be worth it I'm sure.

Aww Chris you must be exhausted, but like Flowerlady says, you'll be reaping the benefits soon enough. Long bath, cool beer, and imagine how it'll be next season. This will seem like a bad dream, when you're harvesting your first veg from your new plot.

Thanks for the support the shed needed some thats for sure in the wind today. Anyway the move went okay with a few choice words when the roof gave way. Still fixed that and with the help of my mate and a new neighbour the shed survived the move, and now sits happily in the corner of my new plot.
Working nights tomorrow so will spend the morning tomorrow refitting felt on roof and re connecting the guttering and water butt. Still thinking about the perminant beds move will the car ever be the same again??

Chris
PS Found out my 6' tall hard as nails northern mate is scared of spiders???
