Ceratonia

I was looking on Buckingham Nurseries site for Blueberry plants and noticed that they have Chokeberry listed in Soft fruit.

Anybody grow these? Do they taste nice - the name doesn't sound promising! Do you need more than one plant to get berries?

Palustris

You can always try it next year, if our 2 plants produce fruit this time.
Gardening is the great leveller.

I'll steal some cuttings when you're not looking  ;) Six foot is maybe slightly too high for my fruit cage though.

Having just done a bit of reading, it seems even the birds have to be desperate before eating them, but lots of health benefits and they seem to be easily grown.

If it's medicinal, maybe Premtal might like to comment?  Are you about my friend?
To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven: a time to be born and time to die: a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted.     Ecclesiastes, 3:1-2
