whilst looking around to see if I could afford to build a tunnel, I came across this site:

have a look at the polytunnel cloches - a 20ft cover for £4 - all you need is some wire, and you have saved a fortune!

Welcome to the DIY brigade! Wire can be a bit flimsy though ,quite a few of us use that blue alkathene water pipe to make the hoops and copper tubing fits snugly into it to act as anchors.

The hoops last for ever and good quality polythene should see two seasons.

I got my poly tunnel cloches from poundland 1.5m x 45cm x 42cm including hoops ideal for smaller areas.  :)

hello misterphil, have you checked out the A4a wiki (click on things to make ... then cloches) Best instructions I've seen for cloches and super pix
