You may have already tried it, but most keys pull off from the keyboard.  It may be some "grutt" stuck beneath it (I had to do it recently on a few keys on my laptop)  attempt to detach the key gently, just in case yours is a fixed version!

Or turn keyboard upside down (if not a laptop) and gently "bash it"
