Rhubarb in Sloe Gin. For 4.

While the rhubarb is still young, chop 750gms. up, add 100gms. sugar. Generous slurp of sloe gin 8 tbsp(you should have made it last December of course) plus 2 tabsp water, cover in a crock dish & put in the oven for about 40 mins @ 180'C until tender.
Enjoy warm or chilled.

...shall have to freeze some of this years harvest, as I didn't make any sloe gin this year ;)
