Oh what a week!!!!!!

 :(OnMonday evening, I was walking my two jack russells in our local woods when they ran into the undergrowth and disapeared, this was at about  6-15pm, after two hours, still no dogs, went home in tears :(   Husband and son went  up to the woods, and at about 10pm found the dogs. Lily had been very baddly  bitten around her eye, both dogs were covered in fleas, and filthy. We think that they had been down a  badger set. Anyway, £103 pounds later, both dogs are fine!!! Tuesday morning, the postman brought me a speeding ticket!! Helping another son move house, I got zapped going over the new severn bridge. Husband has just come down from the lottie, and has reported that the badgers have eaten ALL my sweetcorn. Also had planned to go camping at the weekend, and its going to pour with rain !!!! Anything else??????????????????

It does seem like it's 2-0 to the badgers, but at least you have your dogs back and they might think twice before checking out another hole in the ground...but then again they were just doing what JR's do best.

Bad luck with the fine - see if you can challenge it, otherwise it does horrible things to your insurance.

I seem to have been doing an endless round of hospital trips for the last 9 weeks ( dad in one hospital, OH been in and out of another 40odd miles away too) and just when I was thinking I might get some time for myself, since I'm now off work for 6 weeks, things change somewhere along the line and I ended up driving over 200 miles yesterday visiting hospital between 6.30am and 1.30am this morning!!!!!!!!!!

Now shattered and can't sleep grrrrrrrr

Improve!!!! I wish. Camping has now been cancelled due to weather forcast,and lack of funds due to dogs and speeding fine!!Son no 2 has rung to say that his van has just broken down , and after spending ages looking for my new shoes, discovered one chewed to bits in the dogs cage. >:( >:( >:  Oh well, at least nobody has been hurt, next week we will laugh about all this, but at the moment ,I am down right MAD >:( >:(
