I do indeed....a real freshness in the air this morning I thought.

Not much matters....and nothing matters much!!!

saddad

Certainly considerably cooler... but hardly winter just yet... even with the fleece and the Asparagus looking "frosted"
;D

MrsKP

we've reverted to the norm.  cool, grey and wet !

ah well, it was lovely while it lasted.

But definitely unhelpful for predators!

Robert_Brenchley

As long as it rains plenty, I don't care!

OllieC

Rain? Rain? What is this "rain" thing of which you speak?

Squashfan

I'm happy to have the rain back. Been so long, I forgot what the windscreen wipers were for!
This year it's squash.

Chilly and windy here today, only 15°C on my patio.

I don't think it will last though, the heat will be back soon.

Barrie  met a new neighbour last night!! turns out that he works in Exeter at the met office. They are predicting that August will  be hotter than July, and that the hot weather will continue into September. Good for my sweet potatoes, and our holiday in Cornwall, but we have now run out of water at the lottie, and things are really suffering.

zorro

If the met office cant get tomorrow right how come they can manage a month ;D :D

valmarg

Feeling decidely cooler, to the extent I've had to put a ganzie back on!

I've noticed that metcheck is showing temperatures hovering around 15C for the next few days, as opposed to around double that a week ago?
