Hello and greetings to one 'n all.

I'm Steve, hailing from Manchester.  Thought I'd formally introduce myself after lurking on and off for a while.  Jean and I have had a plot in Guide Bridge for three years, although I was busy most of last year and didn't manage to get too much done.

Still, all motivated for a good year in 2007 and looking forward to a good yield of basics!

Here are some pictures from last weekend when I spent most of my time clearing up leaves and building a manure pile.  I'll also be keeping a 'blog at http://thecrowroad.net/allotment_2007 for anyone who's interested in watching our progress.

That's all for now, I look forward to chatting with you all in the future.

Hi Honeybee! Yes, it looks like you're nearest so far.  I live in Ashton so I'm just down the road from you.  Do you have one of those plots on Mottram Rd then? :)
