Managed my first picking of PSB today. Had some for lunch, the rest is to go with our salmon with tonight's meal. Lots more still sprouting so will be picking more over the next few weeks.

Pigeons got mine last year after the netting was blown off, this time they were netted all winter held down with tent pegs. :)

I have bought some PSB seeds for first time planting this year. See if mine survive the pigeons like yours have...

Lovely picture Leonnie - good enough to eat.  :)

What an absolutely perfect picture: I love the way the leaves are not-quite furled around the sprouts. And look at all those meals for coming days, blurrily lurking outside the depth of field!

That is BIG STUFF!!

Ours was a total failure this year. But have to say I much prefer White.

Don't think much of the PSB from our Farmers' Market - it's all tough greenery that has to be sliced up to be edible.

What a wonderful colour.  I hope that I've got some soon. Haven't been to my plot for ages, will wander down there now to see if I have any...
