I've wondered about growing this Tim. Do you use it like Watercress? And does it have the same health giving properties?

I have several landcress plants at my friend's. I use it sparingly in salads as it has a stronger flavour than normal water-cress - at least I think it does  :). I like the pretty yellow flowers too.

Agreed that it is a lot stronger than watercress.  I think it's lovely used sparingly in salads - my husband doesn't!!

Health? Don't know.

Like W'cress? Yes.

Hot? Mainly yes - but depends on how well watered & how young.

Cost? That one pick would be 99p at Tesco!!

and once you've got it you can't get rid of it... I have about 300 miniplants about to be turned under...
