My daughter is heavily into medieval re-enactment so I have sent her the link, I imagine we will be trying some of these.  She has had me searching for white carrots as that is the way they were then.  When they go to shows they have to eat medievally and as she is also veggie she can't just eat a chicken leg!  Thanks for that link. :)
