This bed has been there for about 3 years to be best of my knowledge, mulched with spent hops by previous owners and I just dumped a load of horse manure over it in March.

Looks very much like pesticide damage to me, has anyone been spraying when it's been windy? It's very slight, so don't think it will harm the plant, but it wouldn't hurt to remove the leaves in case.

Edited to say, if it was nitrogen or lime damage, you'd get a lot more yellow leaves than you have.

Someone sprayed his blackcurrants about two weeks ago, two plots away. Will pick them off tonight, thanks for your help.
