Anemone Coronaria de caen

Hello,

I have planted in some pots the Anemone coronaria de caen.  THey have been in the pots for 3 years. 

They have finished flowering and the foilage is now turning yellow.  I want to lift and divide them but I'm not sure whether to lift them, dry them out  and store them till autumn or lift, divide them and put them back in the pots with new soil just now.  Let me know what you think.
