What is the best way to propgate Tayberries ?

They produce roots easily from tips of stems.
Take a stem that has grown fresh this year, bend it down so that the growing tip is touching the soil, take a piece of wire and peg it firmly down. Do it now, and by late winter/early spring, you will probably find it has successfully rooted and you can sever it from the parent plant and plant it out.

Excellent is that the same for all brambles eg Japanese wineberries etc ?

I haven't propagated japanese wineberry (sounds interesting btw) like this, but have done loganberry, tayberry & blackberry successfully. So, I'd think the wineberry could be done the same way.
