How do you all get the lovely pictures on the side of your postings? I'm new here and not a computer buff so please keep it simple. thanks Val. ???

Still can't do it been trying for days, I've found some pictures in google but how do I get them here?   :'( :'( :'(

Do you mean the things like my frenetic chicken or pictures of flowers, vegtables and suchlike? The method is different for both you see.
