Does anyone have any knowledge or experience of these hedge trimmers.

They're pricey, but our hedges are surrounded by gravel so having the trimmings sucked up and ready for teh compost is a tempting prospect.

They are ok, OH bought one but was not very impressed, its motor went after a few months and we hadn't used it much! If you buy one, pay extra for the big 'hoover' like attatchment tube to catch the waste, they fill up very quickly otherwise and  you'll spend a long time emptying the thing! Fine if you are good and cut your hedges regularly, if you are bad like us it will not cope with heavy regrowth as well.
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

Thanks for the warning :)

We bought one 3 years ago.

Too heavy to use. :-[

I'm very embarrassed that I sold it on e-bay.
I hope the lady who bought it could lift it.
And I hope she doesn't think too badly of us.

Perhaps she sold it on?
Good gardening!

John
