Gosh! hundreds to choose from! OK my favorites last year were I Cherokee Green, Fuzzy Peach, Sungold and Black Russian

Gazfoz

Best for what?
Taste, size, heavy cropper, disease resistance, shape, colour ??? ;D

Cheers Biscombe!

Should've been more specific, taste most important, cropping and resistance, lost loads to blight last year...

Biscombe

Chose mine listed above for taste, don't get blight here!

Excellent, thanks very much and lucky you with no blight, all the plots on our allotment were stricken. Right, seed shopping now...

Barnowl

I'm a big fan of Santa  F1 - a small plum variety

Big Beef no contest for me.Excellent  taste, large blemish free round toms, high disease resist, great yields .All American Winner a  few years ago.

Lesser yields  and shape, but for excellent taste I can give you several.

Smaller size fruit would have to be Sungold

Hey thanks Jeannine and Barnowl, think I'll get a few and see how they get on.

Barnowl

Sungold did well despite the blighted conditions and has a great flavour.  Rather annoyed when sowing last night to find I only had two seeds left!
