of me and the kids, taken by Ava.  ;D.

Jessica deciding which are the biggest beetroots to pull.  She was only happy if they were bigger than her tennis ball.  We managed 4 - more than enough as guess what....tis only me that eats them!  :P

Been picking peas.  A few make it to the pot, so long as I keep reminding Jessica not to eat toooo many but to save some for tea.  ;D

Picking raspberry's - only planted them this winter and we have managed a bowl full and they are DEVINE!  Do you like my home made fruit cage?  Made it myself using an old frame tent.  Of course, Ava is planning to modify it a little.  ::)

EJ, your allotment looks great! You have so many things growing I wonder how you find the time to do it all. What an experience for your children to pick their own tea rather than pushing a shopping trolley around the supermarket. Your fruit cage looks great, what raspberries are you growing? When you say Ava will fix it, it reminds me of myself. Always pestering my husband to do things and he never finds the time, so my tactic now is to do it myself and most of the time, because I'm totally useless at DIY, he ends up "fixing" it for me as he can't stand to see a job badly done.

Lovely photos Emma  :)  It's really great to see the children getting involved in healthy activities.  A pity more parents don't follow your example these days.  As Jess says, you must be a super-mum, the amount of things you fit into your days :D ;D  (Not forgetting super-dad Ava as well of course ::))
Happy gardening all...........Pat

Very nice, EJ, and the kids will remember those days!  I'm quite taken by the pink wellies too - should make bigger size ones to cheer us up when we have to plotter in the mud after the rain  ;)

I must confess to being extremely proud of EJ and all that she produces.

I come home every evening and she has been out and opened the garage door so I can drive straight in, there is a drink waiting for me as I take my coat off.

I put the children to bed (when I am not working late) and dinner is ready before I am even back downstairs.

Home, garden, allotment, children and me all looked after fantastically.

Super-person just doesn't say enough!!!! ;D :-* :-*
....we are all visitors to this earth........enjoy your stay.....:)
