You like Omelettes?

tim, ;) almost the start of a spanish omlette, but they are not folded they are served flat, thats wot im have for my tea tonite. but i only cook mine for 10 seconds in a red hot pan.

Tortilla de patatas? Well, almost - it did have potatoes & garlic in it.

I prefer an omelette wet, as against the dry tortilla.

But, there again, there's always the frittata? Just the job for left-overs.
