Cassoulet recipe called for 2 medium Leeks.

I'm NOT going to drive down to the village for those!

Shame, really, they've only been in for 5 weeks. But nice.

Allow a bit of extra time for the crust. Mine didn't crisp up as it should. Looks OK, but...!

thanks tim, if you like beans I will try and find a nice French bean casserole recipe, beans were a staple food here for a long time and many yummy simmered dishes contain them
