Hi all sorry I have been out of commision a few days. Your seeds are all packed and ready to go, they will make Saturdays post.

All the seeds offered have gone now , the last ones are packed to join the swap parcel.

Some of you sent me nessages a bit late so I do apologises if you didn't get what you wanted.

I was surprised how quickly they went.

Enjoy and panic not,  they are coming.

Our little kitty Molly went to be spayed two weeks plus ago, she seemed fine after her 5 day check but then 2 days later she seemed to be very lethargic and didn't want to eat, we took her to the vet at  as her temp shot up to 105. Despite injections and meds her temp is still at 104 and nothing seems to be bringing it down. I am managing to feed her  liquids and blended food by hand to prevent her getting dehydrated but she is not getting any better. According to the vets she has seen the op went fine, but she has picked up some bug or other while at the vets. They are being pretty good to her, seeing her everday inc Sundays and as she isn't getting dehydrated they are not admitting her. If she slips in to needing fluid they will need to so they can put her on a drip, but the vet thinks she is getting more time and care here where she is relaxed.

So we area pretty tired bunch here, school had an Ofsted last week, I managed to stay for that  beven though I worked all the weekend before, then 2 days after Ofsted I came off sick. John held things together but he is now feeling dreadful as he has got what I had, and I am still off. However all in all we are far better off than the cat.

Molly is wandering about and the vet doesn't think she is any danger yet  but the worry is still there while this temp won't come down and it has been more than a week now.

sorry to hear you hubby and molly are poorly! sod the seeds!!! and ofsted too eeek!!!
hopefully whatever the bug is that mollys got is on its way now, hopefully it wont b much longer till her temp drops but im sure once it does her appetitie will return with a vengence! have they given u that expensive cat food for recuperating cats? cant remember what its called  :-[ but we were sold some when one of ours had cat flu and were told to feed tiny amounts as it was very rich and nutritious and meant to be irresistable, had it from the vets, might b worth a shot when shes a bit better? i dont think we ever got round to opening ours but it must be out of date now  ::) typical huh? but he was fine once he was on meds, lol, takes a lot to part a male n his food i guess! keep us posted on yours and mollys progress fingers crossed youre all much better soon! (( hugs)) lou xx

Jeannine, many thanks for your wonderful generosity, your seeds arrived today. Though I must admit when I saw the package I felt a bit of a pang, knowing the circumstances. I do hope you'll stay with us on the forum.

Meanwhile here's a thought to cheer you when you're settled back across the pond...

just think, with all the people here who will be growing from your seeds next year, you'll have the biggest allotment in the UK!

Jeannine

Thank you, you two, we needed that. John has just officially given up our lotties today and has two weeks to settle things . He is there as we speak picking up tools etc and selling off the 2 rotavaters and other  big stuff. He is not very good at that so I guess someone will get a bargain.

What a shame you are all spread all over the place, there is tons of stuff. Still I guess that is life.
