Ok we were going to Longleat tomorrow until i checked on the internet to find it is closed for the winter. We may consider Bristol Zoo as have never been. We sould like to go for a day out somewhere are two adults who live in Exeter in Devon.
willing to travel reasonable distances did Staffford the other day, love animals and birds and even rides any ideas????

How about a day out in Historic Bath? Take in all the sights, the Roman Baths, cathedral etc. Bristol Zoo is lovely but I haven't been for a couple of years. If you go to Bristol you could also go to the SS Great Britain, Bristol Museum which is free, and @Bristol is a good day out. If you want to push the boat out you could see a show in the evening at the Hippdrome.

We're probably a bit too far north, but have four of my local residents tickets for Alton Towers left.  They are only valid until Sunday 9th.
