I too would have been yummy yumming at that suet crust, if I hadn't sat and eaten a whole rice pudd I had made and was sitting feeling sick ;D ;D ;D

That is what we call the baked dumplings. Put a topping of grated cheese on top, a pinch of herbs in the mix

Sooo easy too SR flour, suet and water. Even a trained husband can make them....
