 to a template for a letter of complaint to a bank head office.

I did find a couple via, google but they won`t let you copy & paste.
it is not for a bank charge or refund.

Anyone out there that can help please.

Can you say what the complaint is about? With the Banks the way they are there are so many possibilities and I wouldn't think there was a template that fits all of  them.
