I planted a fatsia in my garden about two months ago and all of the new leaves are coming through almost white. I have tried watering more and less but this didn't seem to make much difference. It is against a fence, east-facing and is in a similar position to another that I have that is thriving.

Does anyone know why it might be looking a bit pasty?

Thanks,

Trevor

Hello there  :)

Have you checked the soil pH and nutrient level? It is a good place to start :)

Mine, in a rather too small pot, has improved a lot this summer after weekly feeding with Miracle-gro.
