 Does anyone know where I can get this?  I tried online and found a supplier but it was in China and the shipping cost was too much.

You could try any of the fishing ports for this. Trawlermen would love to get rid of their old nets instead of dropping them over the side blaiming the tackle was snagged on the bottom.
