Raspberry Canes

Can anyone recommend a good reasonably priced source of raspberry canes please?

Find someone down the lottie and 'befriend' them (at least until Feb.) when they cut back and dig up any that are escaping  from the allotted row.

Alternatively, buy them in the local GC in late Jan/early Feb. I got 8 for £10 this year, 2 of which didn't grow, but the other 6 are fruiting like crazy, I will probably get £10 worth of fruit of them this year alone.

Lots of friends down at the lottie but in February the site was a field so no spare canes for a few years yet.  Perhaps I should lurk round a few older sites.

try posting a 'wanted' ad on your local Freecycle - better than lurking outside/stalking ;D ;D

I was told that stalking raspberry canes was a good idea, ... or was that staking ?
