Re-loading bump strimmer line

Oh I really do need your help - PLEASE  ;D ;D
It's driving me nuts!  Do you know of a foolproof way to re-load the line on a bump feed strimmer spool?  I keep trying and I am obviously not doing it right cos it doesn't feed out when I bump!   ::)
Any simply phrased instructions would be sooooooooooooo much appreciated  :-*

Whenever I have done it wrong I have wound it the wrong way around 8)
