Bulk buying of compost

The tunnel is finally up but now I need to get a suitable growing medium in there. its 12ft wide 15 ft long and I'm planning on sorting half out this year rather than get too ambitious.
The ground is OK to about 3- 4 inches down but is a very heavy clay underneath. I was planning on raising the ground by about 4 inches and making some sort of raised bed in there.


I'll need loads of compost and the farmers merchants don't sell it in bulk. Any ideas where I can get it?
