They used to send out prepaid envelopes for a reply but have now started to enclose envelopes which state. 'Please affix a stamp'.

I found a penny one in my writing case, dunno why it was there, must have been years old and I stuck that on the last time I replied to them.

I got a reply but no mention was ever made about the stamp.

Did my tax on line this year.  A real pain, the paper form was so much easier, Only had to fill in two boxes and sign it.  I would rather pay for the stamp. 

Cannot see the point of requesting 20p.  Suggest that she requests a change in her notice of coding.  Since that is ineffective below £1 it will have no effect.
