Its probably one of those things that work on word association but the site owner should have a veto. Some people do anything for money.

I have a firefox add-on meaning I don't get any ads - I enabled it because I was sick of that one about the secrets of a fat stomach, or something. Seemed to be on every page I ever looked at!

No lots of us don't see any ads because we use things like firefox with the noscript add-on installed to block ads, popups, viruses etc... when we are using the internet.

If you type "Myleene Klass nude" into google the problem should resolve itself.
