I've got some nettle tips, not a huge amount.

What do I do with them?

I'd like something to go with our roast tomorrow as otherwise our only veg, apart from the spuds, is frozen peas!

Did you find a nettle dish in the end?

I cooked them in an omelette with potatoes and onion. Nettles and egg go well together. But that wouldn't help with your roast!
