is it true that cooking winter savory with artichokes stops the gas?

Hi everyone Im growing Jerusalem artichokes, 'fartichokes', for the first time this year & was wondering if it is true that cooking them with winter savory reduces the gas problem? Really hope it is  ;D
Would love to hear from anyone who has used this combination successfully & any recipes would be fab too

I can't help with the answer to your question bit if it helps there is a product called Beano which is available in the UK now, comes in tablets and drops..take a bit befre eating and you will not get the "after effects" of JA's or any green veggie or onions..doesn't work on eggs though. Natural product, not expensive as you use so little and oh boy it really does work.......actually I should have said it prevents things working!!
