Hot chili powder quesion

Fed up with Mr squirrel eating all the seed and destroying the feeders i put out for the birds i got myself a trap to catch the buggers in,but the ball n chain insisted that they be taken to Clumber park and released there to live happy ever after,we must have taken dozens of the little sods, until it was pointed out to me that it is illegal to transport vermin but OK to kill them!,so as i don't have a gun I'd drown them in me(remember they are vermin) waterbutt.......the Mrs had a ducky fit "how could you" she'd say" but there vermin"I'd say "do it again and I'll put in and see how you like it"she'd say(have you meet the wife she would ya know. :'(),and then i read in the papper that some bloke got done a lot a money for not killing(he had a waterbutt as well  ::)) Squirrels in a humane way.So off we'd go in the dead of night down country lanes with a sodding Squirrel in the boot of the car looking for a new home for them, that is until i discovered that birds cannot taste chili powder but Squirrels do,and if you mix it with bird food it will  according to the RSPB deter the thieving little gits.......and it works....you should see there faces after a mouth full of spicy peanut ;D ;D,...the trouble is it's working a little too well...ya see after a snack of chili con sunflower seed they are so desperate for a nice cool drink of water that they fall into me waterbutt and...well... drown!!.

So my quesion is how do i prove.... suicide... ;D ;D ;D

We had at taste of barbecued squirrel at the local Woodland Festival. I thought it tasted like pork and was quite nice.

There was a programme on R4 yesterday (Americana) on people in the States shooting and eating squirrel - apparently grey ones just like ours.  Delicious, sweet stew the chap said he'd happily serve to the Queen of England???
