anniversary

How are you supposed to remember without a gentle hint now and again. I wondered why she was so uppity this morning. I will make her feel guilty when she comes home. I've blagged a bunch of daffs from the garden, bottle of lambruso, a couple of nice ready meals to save her cooking, clean socks and a big splash of brut. I've even found an anniversary type card in her stash. She needn't even  iron my shirts tonight, after all they will still be there tomorrow.

Who says romance is dead.
