Stagnant Water

Got a couple of 1000 ltr tanks on my lottie - complete with water. Trouble is its been standing for a while and has turned "grey". Is it still ok to use? Is there anything I can do to freshen it up? Thanks. Advice gratefully received. Dave

It's perfectly OK for watering. Best to keep the light out, as that prevents algal growth which feeds mosquito larvae.
